The products of the company are custom-made, and there is a production lead time of 14-21 days. They will be delivered according to the product delivery schedule.

The company will be responsible for arranging the delivery itself. It will utilize the delivery services of Charoenyos Transport Co., Ltd., or another provider of our choice.

The delivery time will vary depending on the area. Delivery to the three border provinces of the southern region and cross-island delivery are not supported, or there may be additional charges.

Free delivery will be provided within the Bangkok metropolitan area and its vicinity, or within a certain radius of delivery. If outside of the designated delivery area, there will be a delivery fee based on distance or a flat rate.

The company will determine the delivery schedule and shipments will be dispatched solely from the factory. There will be no deliveries from branch locations. If customers require urgent or showroom items, they will need to arrange their own delivery team. The company will not be held responsible for any damages incurred under any circumstances.
